November 2006
Boring day? These hilarious memories will put a smile on your face and take you back to your days as an undergrad. Relive your wild days and share your memories with us at here.
What is the memory that makes you laugh hardest today?
“Brandon "Bear" Yez and the constant Kool Aid powder dousing after he left the shower.” - Bryan D. Ptak, ’96
"3am, bar close. I walk a Kappa home and turn around to see sparks
and flying balls of fire shooting through the air from behind the
house. It turned out that a roman candle had been strapped to the
back of a remote control car. The kicker is, the driver was so drunk he
almost hit himself and the rest of us...several times. We had to
take cover behind a dumpster. Somewhere we have some great video." - Matthew Levine, '06
"As pledges 1987, each pledge brother was tied at the foot to
another pledge brother and we went to every sorority house where we were
painted with makeup and had to perform different tasks. The catch was
that we had to go out in only our boxers. In the Alpha Chi house we all had to do pushups. Chip Krull was doing push ups and his tally wacker fell out of his boxers. For some reason
he did not notice but everyone was laughing there heads off." - Stephen Funk, '91
"1994 Naked Knock-Out in the front drive." - Justin Range, '97
Describe the best party
“70’s party- of course.” - Bryan D. Ptak, ’96
"Playing golf 18 holes where every different room had a different theme. One of
the rooms had a barber chair and people were doing shots from three different bottles at one time." - Stephen Funk, '91
Describe your favorite/best road trip
“Road trip to Steve Pauli's hometown of East Peoria - Metamora High School football rules!” - Bryan D. Ptak, ’96
"1989 the pledges kidnapped about 40 brothers right after a keg
slamming contest at Peggy's. They chased all over campus until they
caught us and with only are clothes on our back we went to a Theta Chi
party in Chicago. We had a keg on the bus and many of us pierced are
ears using a pledge pin." - Stephen Funk, '91
What is the one memory you have shared or will share?
"Not sure about any specific stories but I will embellish them
all." - Stephen Funk , '91
